JS Jewelry Boutique and its affiliates only assume responsibility for a shipment while the item(s) is/are in its possession. Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier of choice, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. JS Jewelry Boutique and its affiliates will not be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier and that are the fault of anyone but JS Jewelry Boutique and its affiliates. JS Jewelry Boutique and its affiliates and will not be held responsible or liable in any way for its choice of shipping carrier. 


Items purchased on jsjewelryboutique.com and shipped to a U.S. address may be returned to JS Jewelry Boutique for return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.  Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and returned in original packaging (JS Jewelry Boutique box and/or pouch).

Please email jamie@jsjewelryboutique.com for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than jsjewelryboutique.com.

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Items marked Special Order may not be returned. Custom orders may not be returned.

Beaded Bracelets created in our Custom Beaded Bracelet section are not considered special order and are returnable with 14 days according to the terms of the JS Jewelry Boutique (above).

JS Jewelry Boutique does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn or had the tags removed.


At JS Jewelry Boutique quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on any JS Jewelry Boutique jewelry item please email Jamie@jsjewelryboutique.com Please reference your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue.

We will attempt to repair any worn or used merchandise purchased from jsjewelryboutique.com. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not have the original invoice, please include your full contact information.PLEASE NOTE: Pending the nature of the repair there may be a repair charge. Some items might be non-repairable. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.

JS Jewelry Boutique does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.

Our Repairs Processing Center only accepts repairs for items purchased on jsjewelryboutique.com Repairs for items purchased at one of our Retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted through the jsjewelryboutique.com Returns Processing Center.
